Mr Hardin and his team did a fantastic job with a water leak in my business office Not only were they prompt in arriving and fixing the leak they repaired the ceiling afterwards The fees were reasonable I would highly recommend them any time you need plumbing services

My bathtub was running nonstop. They showed up quick and communicated very well through the process. My bathtub honestly works better now than before. 10/10 highly recommend.

The servicemen did a good job.When I made this appointment, I was told the hourly fee by the Office Manager. He was totally misleading when providing me the information. He NEVER told me about additional fees, and that the hourly fees starts when the service call is made. I made an appointment the week prior, not a same day service call. I was charged for 2 hours when the appointment only took 1 hour and 5 minutes. When I called about the extremely high bill, the billing person said that there was a disposal fee but that I wasn't charge for it. I should not have been charged for it because the Office Manager told me the disposal was included. I understand plumbing and electrical services are costly, but why be misleading about the cost of the service just to justify over charging. I am submitting this review so that no other hard working family needing honest work done will USE THIS COMPANY! It is so sad to feel that this company thinks it is alright to over charge, be dishonest, and provide misleading information. I had to remind myself that God is watching! Do not use this company!

Wade Hardin gave prompt service. What they say they do. I called 3 other plumbing companies and left messages or they showed up later then was promised. Wade may not be as big as other companies out there but they show up at the time they said they would and they are fast and thorough. If you don’t want to waste your time, calling other companies just call them first.

Showed up fast and did a great job repairing my water line. That other contractors had broken installing cable. They have some great folks working there.

I've been a fan of Wade Hardin Plumbing Inc. for quite some time now. Today, I had the priviledge of having services provided to fix a toilet bowl tank, that was continously running after flushing it. Kelly (who's the bees-knees, the friendly dispatcher), Jasper and Randy saved the day. As for plumbing techs, I couldn't have asked for two (of the most) professional & knowledgable plumbers, if I had chosen them myself. Thus, the services provided to identify and quickly fix the problem was done in no time. I grateful to everyone involved on this appointment.

Edit: I’m editing not to complain by any means but to say their was a misunderstanding in our bill and was charged to much and instead of them just pocketing that money the manager called me and explained what happened apologized and is mailing us a check for the difference. This to me tells me this company is great. Most companies would of just been like nice extra cash but this one was very honest called informed about the mistake and is refunding me the difference. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the workers all the way up to the management they are wonderful trustworthy people. Ryan and Keith came out and rescued our house after our pipe broke close to the meter on our side (county said wasn’t there issue). Both gentleman were awesome very professional and did a outstanding job. Highly recommend them to anyone.

The technicians arrived the same day I called. They were very professional and efficient. I had an external pipe leak. The problem was fixed and I couldn't believe how affordable the job was. I would recommend this company every time.
